Offering up luxury with a bold, contemporary touch, the hotel is centrally located on the banks of the Brisbane River, across from Southbank and not far from the dog-friendly Brisbane City Botanic Gardens.

Request to stay in one of their pet-friendly rooms, complete with a custom dog bed, bowls, pet toys and treats, and local pet information. There’s an additional charge of $50 per night, plus a once-off cleaning fee of $150. Note though that there’s a dog size limit of 18kg.

Brisbane Marriott Hotel

The up-market Brisbane Marriott Hotel is centrally located on Queen Street, near the Howard Smith Wharves and the Riverwalk. Spicers Balfour Hotel
